The Intention
Rituals do work and it is your level of input that affects the level of return. It all depends where you are in your journey if the return takes place in the ritual itself or at a later date.
During the ritual some participants will have transformational experiences, while others set a very strong intention. Some experience healing during a ritual while others commit to a journey of healing.
It is important to pay attention to what unfolds during the weeks, months or years to come, and be an active participant through the whole process. Recognize what comes your way and track it back to your intention.
