The Circle
Drum Circles bring people together to create sacred space and establish a sense of community. The experience often provides participants with an energetic cleansing, as well as physical and emotional healing. Drumming is an uplifting form of self-expression, and a safe and positive way to release stress and boost confidence.
About The Video: The Raven Drum Foundation was established by drummer Rick Allen of Def Leppard, and Lauren Monroe. The foundation provides free educational programs to inspire personal growth during times of adversity. Their mission is to serve, educate and empower veterans and people in crisis, and contribute to global healing, multicultural unification, and community leadership.
