Chakras And The Physical Body:
The Root Chakra
Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra is your foundation and connection to the earth and your physical body. It's related to survival instincts, self-preservation, and being able to provide for yourself. Your ability to be grounded on the physical plane and in your body is relevant to maintaining the Root Chakra, and when it’s vibrating in harmony you experience health, prosperity, stability, security, and abundance.
